Assembling the Notebook
Here I am hole punching each component to the notebook for the spiraled plastic to go through. I have 20 sheets of paper in my notebook. I made them by cutting 5 sheets of standard printer paper into fourths. For the backside of the notebook, I had to flip it facing down for the holes to line up with the sheets of paper and the cover.

Assembly seemed simple at first, but it turned out being difficult. Getting all the pieces glued together was difficult because it didn't stay in place all the time, but it still held up and turned out well. I was a big fan of the scent of burning wood it left afterward.
What I Learned
In the laser rotation, I learned that Kai is very good at modeling with different products. But I also learned that using the laser can be a very fun and rewarding task if done correctly. There were mistakes along the way, which taught me that details are crucial in this rotation. I learned in this rotation that the handouts are my best friends as they tell me everything I need to do. I also learned that I love the smell after using the laser for wood and mat-board, but not for metal water bottles.
